Forever soaring in our hearts

A Life Well Lived

Spencer Christian Arnold, 33, of Saint Petersburg, Florida, passed away on October 5, 2025, in an aviation accident. He left this world far too soon, doing something he truly loved, flying.

Born and raised in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Spencer graduated from Greenwood High School, where his curiosity, warmth, and easy smile first began lighting up the lives around him. After high school, his adventurous spirit took him to Flying Tiger Aviation in Louisiana, where his passion for flight first took root. His time there sparked a lifelong love of the sky and set the course for the dreams he would later chase with such determination and joy.

In 2017, Spencer moved to Nashville, where he met Ben Johnson, the love of his life and his future husband. Together, they built a bond rooted in laughter, exploration, and unconditional love. Spencer was a devoted husband whose kindness, loyalty, and gentle spirit made every day together a gift.

In 2019, Spencer moved to Saint Petersburg, Florida, to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a pilot at ATP Flight School. What began as a passion quickly grew into a calling. By 2020, he had founded CloudLine Air, his own flight contracting business, a reflection of his determination, skill, and fearless heart. Spencer's favorite moments were in the air, taking sunset flights that painted the sky with the same warmth he brought to everyone who knew him.

Spencer had a zest for life that was contagious. He loved food, especially discovering new sauces and cherished every moment spent with friends and family. He had a rare gift for connection; he truly never met a stranger. Whether he was sharing a meal, a story, or a quiet moment, Spencer made everyone feel seen, valued, and loved.

He was also a true momma's boy, who absolutely adored his mother, Cinda. Their bond was unshakable, rooted in deep love, endless laughter, and mutual pride. She was his safe place, and he was her joy.

He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, courage, and joy. His light will continue to shine through the many lives he touched, both on the ground and in the sky.
